A&F Capitalrise LLC” (hereinafter, “Capital Rental Car”) is the legal entity responsible for providing vehicle rental services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this document. For the sake of simplification and clarity in reading, the company will hereinafter be referred to as “Capital Rental Car
Use and Retention of Information
• The data will be used exclusively for the purposes described above and will be retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the rental contract, comply with legal obligations, and address any requests from the Customer regarding the exercise of their rights.
• Once the purpose has been fulfilled, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized, unless there is a legal requirement to retain it.
Sharing and Transfer of Data
• Capital Rent a Car may share the Customer’s personal data only with third parties essential for the execution of the contract (for example, payment processors, insurance companies, regulatory bodies, or competent authorities), ensuring that such third parties implement security and confidentiality measures equivalent to those maintained internally. • Under no circumstances will data be transferred to third parties for commercial purposes without the express consent of the Customer.
Security Measures
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented in accordance with the risk level to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of personal data. These measures are periodically reviewed and updated to ensure their effectiveness against emerging threats.
Customer Rights
The Customer has the right to access, rectify, update, and, if applicable, request the deletion of their personal data, as well as to object to its processing or request data portability. Consent and Authorization for Contact
• By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer expressly consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes stated above, as well as to being contacted by Capital Rent a Car to continue with the service provision and management.
• The Customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information, which is essential for the proper delivery of the service and for maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
Changes to the Data Policy
Capital Rent a Car reserves the right to modify this section on Data Protection and Processing as necessary to comply with new legal requirements or to improve its security practices. Customers will be notified of any material changes through the usual communication channels.
Driver’s Age (minimum and maximum age to drive the vehicle)
Minimum driver’s age requirement is 21 years and the maximum driver’s age is 80 years.
A young driver surcharge will apply for drivers under 25 years.
A senior driver surcharge for drivers aged from 65 years to 80 years.
Additional drivers are subject to Young/Senior Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Driver’s License:
Customers must present a full and valid driving license which has been held for a minimum of 1 year before the date of the commencement of the rental and with no major endorsements. A valid ID card or passport must be required at time of pick up. An International Driver’s License (IDL) is mandatory. International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
Insurance for customers coming from USA
US Renters must provide proof of their own insurance. Acceptable proof of insurance must include insurance declaration page, valid for at least 3 months before the pick-up date, that matches with the home address on the driving license, Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability with not less than $500,000.00 USD for combined liability limit and USD 300,000 for property damage with a deductible no higher than USD $1000.00 USD. If you provide your own insurance, you will be charged an administrative fee of $17.99 USD per day. If using your own insurance, renters must provide an insurance ID card with the exact coverage shown and the same name and address as on the driver license. Insurance from outside the US is not accepted. Otherwise, the renter will be required to purchase TPL and CDW for an additional charge. Accepted Insurance companies: State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, Progressive, All, State, USAA.
Fees
Your rental may have mandatory, local insurance requirements that result in additional charges at the time of hiring. Rental fees are due at pick-up.
Unless and otherwise specified, rates are quoted in US dollars.
Charges for refueling, additional drivers, etc. are not included in the total price.
Special equipment, such as child seats and GPS, can be purchased upon pick-up (if available).
For parking violation, red light, towing expenses, traffic tickets, vehicle time down by loss, etc an administrative fee up to $800.00 USD will apply.
Customer remains responsible for any fine or violation obtained during his/her rental period. In case the customer does not pay for it voluntarily, an administrative charge of $25.00 USD per violation will apply.
The following fees are mandatory and the client must pay them directly at the counter:
Florida State surcharge – USD 2.00 per day
Process, Facility, License Recovery & Refuel delivery fee (RFD): USD 7.98 – 14.98 Per Day (Depending on the Vehicle Category).
Roadside Assistance
If you purchase our Roadside Service Assistance (RSA) we will waive all or a portion of the cost of a roadside assistance service call up to the amount of USD/400.00 per incident. You may purchase RSA at USD/14.00 per rental day. Benefits include emergency road service towing (within 25 miles of occurrence), winching, jump start, flat tire change, lockout service, and emergency fuel delivery (up to two gallons).
Fuel Policy:
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it is supplied to you at the time of pickup.
In case fuel missing fuel will be charged in addition to a refueling charge on your return.
Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated.
Supplier’s fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.
Mileage Policy
Geographical restrictions may apply, even for rental contracts that feature unlimited mileage. Some car rental companies do not allow you to take their vehicles across certain domestic or international borders, or may apply an additional charge to do so. (Cars not allowed out of the state of FL).
Florida residents are limited to 50 free miles per day with a charge of 0.75Usd per mile for each exceeded mile.
Cross Border Travel
Crossing country/state borders is not allowed.
The rental vehicle can only be used within the state of pick-up (for example if a client rents a
vehicle in Florida, he/she can only use the vehicle in Florida).
In the event that Cross Border and Territorial Restrictions are violated, coverage will be voided and administrative charges up to USD 2500 plus USD 0.75 per mile) will apply.
Ferry Travel
It is forbidden to take the vehicle on any kind of boat, ferry, train, truck, or airplane without the written permission of Capital Rent a Car

***A confirmation does not mean you can use your debit card for rental. Most locations accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. To find out if the credit card you wish to use at the time of rental is accepted at the location you will be renting from, please call the respective location. The renter must present a valid credit card in his/her own name at the time of the rental. A minimum deposit of between $350.00 USD to $2500.00 USD must be available on the credit card in order to rent the vehicle. All rental fees, taxes, and charges associated with the rental are due at the time of pick-up.***

A deposit will be blocked on the customer’s credit card and will be released in a period up to 30 Business days.

Delivery and Collection
Arrival instructions: For pickup, please go to the 3rd level in the airport and follow the signs to the “RENTAL CAR CENTER”. You will need to board the train inside the airport called “MIA MOOVER”. On the same level follow the “OFF AIRPORT COURTESY SHUTTLES” sign and go outside to the shuttle station #1. The shuttles are identified with the logo CAPITAL. Alternative delivery and collection service is available upon previous request and charges will be according to time, location and availability.
Out of Hours
Monday ~ Saturday 8AM – 8PM
Sunday 8AM – 6PM
Pick up out of hours can be requested before the rental starts with enough anticipation. Drop off out of hours can be requested at the front desk for an additional charge.
Grace Period
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (grace period) is 60 minutes.
Additional charges will apply in case you are late to return the vehicle or return the vehicle at the rental desk beyond your drop off time/check in time.
No refunds (partial or full) will be given for rentals ended early including the purchase of ancillary items, late collections, no shows or cancellations made after the rental start date.
Toll Service
Prepaid E-toll device is available for an additional charge of USD 19.99 per day.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of USD 25 for each toll plus the cost for each unpaid toll will apply.

Data Protection and Processing
Data Collected and Purpose
The Customer expressly authorizes Capital Rent a Car to collect, store, process, and use their personal data (such as name, contact information, driving license details, payment information, among others) for the following purposes:
• The comprehensive management and execution of the rental contract.
• The verification of identity and validation of the information provided.
• Compliance with applicable legal, fiscal, and regulatory obligations.
• Communication necessary for the proper provision of the service, which includes operational notifications and ensuring continued customer support. Furthermore, the Customer authorizes the sending of commercial and promotional information, provided that prior consent is obtained for marketing purposes.
